underwhelming stay, despite some positives.

weak air conditioning cramped fitness area

I found a few issues . the air conditioning barely worked, even after i reported it. The room remained uncomfortably warm. also, the advertised rooftop fitness area was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment and felt cramped.

quiet courtyard fresh ingredients helpful staff

The hotel is near many main attractions. the staff assisted with umbrellas and taxi arrangements. our room was spacious and faced a quiet courtyard. breakfast included numerous options with fresh ingredients. The restaurant staff were helpful.

there was no phone inside the room.

The reception provided assistance with a doctor immediately. staff checked on my son's well being the next day. the front desk staff were engaging. They assisted with requests quickly.

Breakfast offers both a buffet and à la carte options. the buffet had a wide variety. i found the à la carte menu more appealing. It featured many fresh choices.
